About me
Therapy as a Transformational Process
For over two decades, I have worked as a clinical psychologist at the intersection of psychology, health, and performance, helping individuals, couples, families, and teams unlock their potential and adapt to life’s challenges.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that our early relationships, life experiences, and culture shape the way that we see the world, make decisions, and navigate adversity.
I explore the deep connection between the mind and body and use it as a powerful tool to enhance well-being. I combine experiential talk therapy with movement-based modalities — such as Pilates, functional training, CrossFit (L-1, L-2, and Kids), and archery — to offer a holistic approach to healing and self-actualization. My work is further enriched by training in psychedelic integration and executive functioning coaching.
A Systems-Based, Integrative Approach
My work in academic medical institutions like UCLA and CHLA has been driven by one core belief: we are all capable of growth, healing, and transformation.
What I do:
I help individuals and organizations understand how their internal and external systems interact, communicate, and find balance.
I use research-based interventions that are based in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, emotion-focused approaches, and mindfulness in order to foster change.
I incorporate movement-based modalities and exercise physiology.
I tailor treatment to create a roadmap for personal growth, resilience, and performance.
